The Ministry of Health is preparing to purchase 200 ventilators of domestic production. Their cost will be twice cheaper than imported ones. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
According to the Minister of Health, the devices should be ready by the end of May. President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that it is very important that the expertise showed the high quality of Ukrainian ventilators, and that they fully meet the best standards.
“Ukrainian ventilators will be twice as cheap, which means better provision of our hospitals,” the President said.
The Fund under the President’s Office will soon complete the procurement of all protection equipment and means.
