December 21, Ukraine reported 8,515 cases of coronavirus infection. Most infections are reported in Kyiv city and Dnipropetrivsk region. The Minister of Health of Ukraine Maksym Stepanov announced this on Facebook.
December 20, in total 46,696 tests were done for coronavirus, in particular by PCR – 26,341, ELISA – 20,355. Over the past day, 14,020 people recovered and 1,318 patients were hospitalized.
The largest number of confirmed cases per day was registered in Kyiv city (1,159), Dnipropetrivsk (992), Odesa (914), Zaporizhzhia (665) and Kyiv (559) regions.
For the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 979,506 cases of coronavirus were confirmed.
