Serhiy Shkarlet visits Poltava Training and Rehabilitation Center

December 22, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet paid working visit to Poltava region. The Journalist reported with reference to the press center of the Ministry of Education and Science.

Serhiy Shkarlet, during a meeting with the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, discussed the use of subventions from the state budget to local budgets in areas related to education.

Also, the minister got acquainted with the work of the Poltava training and rehabilitation center of the Poltava regional council.

“The teachers of the institution have prepared special conditions for the development of children: structuring space, structuring time, structuring classes, lessons. Every class and every group room have optimal conditions for the cognitive development of children. Demonstration and handouts for classes are structured according to sections of the program and thematic cycles of the educational process, a card index of didactic materials has been created. All materials are available for children, corresponding to their age and psychophysical capabilities,” said Serhiy Shkarlet.

In addition, the Minister of Education and Science will take part in events on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the National Poltava Polytechnic University named after Yuri Kondratiuk and in the round table “Main aspects of the development of general secondary education in the Poltava region.”
