More and more Ukrainians declare the need for radical changes in the country. Thus, since the beginning of the year, the percentage of such people has grown from 69% to 87%.

This is evidenced by the results of a study made public by the sociological group Rating.

So, about the fact that the country needs radical changes, said 87% of respondents (as of January, 69% of respondents adhered to this opinion, and 83% a month ago).

Sociologists state that the demand for radical changes in the country continues to grow (87%). Only 5% are in favor of stabilizing the situation, 6% are for returning to the past. The request for changes is inherent in the absolute majority of representatives of all age, regional and electoral groups.

“The long-term monitoring of the Ukrainians’ sentiments shows that the number of people who believe that the country is moving in the wrong direction is decreasing, and the percentage of those who believe that things in Ukraine are going in the right direction is increasing,” experts say.

So, if in October 2018 (the highest percentage since November 2011), 78% of respondents stated that the country was in the wrong direction, now it is 49%.

At the same time, if in October 2018, 12% of respondents declared the right direction, now it is 30%.

As reported by “Journalist”, more than 79% of the population of Ukraine consider themselves Orthodox.
