The 33BY architectural bureau of the company of Kyiv architect Ivan Yunakov will be engaged in the reconstruction of the Ukrainian House. At the moment the architects are developing the fourth edition of the project for the Ukrainian House reconstruction for 500 employees of the Office of President to be accommodated there, as “NV”reports.
The architects report that it will take nine months and 300 million UAH to reconstruct the building as the Office of the President. The money, as Zelensky insists, will not be spent from the budget funds, but mainly from the European grants.
“The useful area of this building is about 8 thousand square meters, whereas in the building on Bankova Street, though it is larger, the useful area is smaller, just 5 thousand square meters”, – architect Ivan Yunakov said.
He said that according to the project, the president will work on the fourth floor of the PO, with the administration and legal departments on the fifth floor, and the PO head and his deputies on the third floor. The walls in the offices will be of glass, and the interiors will be loft styled.
In the new PO there will be a cafe and a gym, with a large underground parking for 134 places, including three runs – two from Volodymyrsky Descent and one from Trekhsviatitelska Street.
Previously, The Journalist reported, that Zelensky dismissed the head of the Presidential Administration and its deputies.
