The average monthly wage of a full-time employee in Ukraine in February 2019 increased by 10.7% (to UAH 9,429) compared with February last year.
This was reported by the State Statistics Service, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
It is noted that the average salary in February increased by 2.2% compared with January 2019.
Real wages in February 2019 increased by 1.7% compared with January, and by 10.7% compared with February 2018.
It is noted that the average nominal wage of a full-time employee in Ukraine in February 2019 is almost 2.3 times higher than the minimum wage (UAH 4,173).
The average salary in Kyiv in February amounted to UAH 14,513.
