The Belarusian IT company, PandaDoc, which has faced pressure and searches due to rallies support in Belarus, is opening an office in Ukraine. The co-founder of the company Mikita Mikado reported about this in an interview with DOU.UA
“We are opening a company in Ukraine, we are actively looking for employees, not only engineers, but also salesmen, marketers. About 60 people have already moved from Minsk to Kyiv, Odesa and Lviv. Ukraine has several advantages. The first is the local talent market. The second is that everyone speaks Russian. And those guys who come from Belarus find it a little easier. There are issues with migration legislation, but your government is directly actively involved in resolving them. And fourth – the tax conditions in Ukraine are very favorable, even more favorable than in Belarus,” the message reads.
The company will use the standard business system for Ukraine and employees will be registered as private entrepreneurs.
