The militants launched 28 attacks on the Ukrainian army positions over the past day, six times using weapons, banned by the Minsk agreements. This information is provided by the Press Center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) HQ on its Facebook page.
It is reported that the occupiers fired on the JFO units positions near the settlements of the Krymske, Novotoshkivske, Katerynivka, Novozvanivka, Troyitske, Luhanske, Opytne, Pisky, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Vodyane, Lebedynske and Shyrokine.
In addition, the enemy shelled Ukrainian positions in the area of Luhanske on the Svitlodarska Dyga direction, three times using 120-mm mortars.
Also, the enemy attacked fortified JFO positions near Hnutove and Vodyane on the Azov Sea area with the 120-mm mortars.
The defenders of Hnutove came under fire from 82-mm mortars and anti-tank missile systems, as well as the defenders of the Vodyane. The JFO positions in the vicinity of the settlements of the Krymske, Troyitske and Vodyane were attacked with the IFVs arms.
No casualties among the Ukrainian troops have been reported over the past day.
According to intelligence data, four militants were killed and another eight were wounded during the day.
