JFO: Militants shelled Ukrainian positions with artillery over past day

On November 18, the militants launched 16 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area, five times using weapons banned by the Minsk agreements. This is reported by the press center of the JFO headquarters on its Facebook page.

The militants open fire on JFO positions near the settlements of Zhelobok, Novotoshkivske, Svitlodarsk, Mayske, Verkhniotoretske, Avdiyivka, Krasnohorivka, Pavlopil, Vodyane and Hnutove using grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms.

«The Ukrainian fortified positions near Novotoshkivske and Svitlodarsk wascame under the fire from 120-mm mortars. As well as the Ukrainian positions near Mayske and Zhelobka settlements were shelled from 82-mm mortars and 122-mm artillery,» the report says.

In turn, according to Ukrainian intelligence, three militants were killed and four others were injured.
No casualties among the Ukrainian troops have been reported over the past day.
As The Journalist reported, the occupiers used weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements in Donbas over past day.
