Over 400 judges in Ukraine did not confirm compliance with taken position

At least 419 judges in Ukraine did not pass the recertification exam and will be dismissed from their posts or have already left them, 1NEWS reports.
Some 1,624 judges were able to pass the assessment and confirm compliance with taken position. About 21% of judges could not pass the assessment.
Judges who have not passed the recertification exam will be dismissed or have already left their posts. Thus, 240 judges were dismissed at their own request during the assessment procedure, 179 did not confirm compliance with the position, 109 out of them did not pass the examinations, and 70 did not pass the interviews.
In general, the assessment procedure must pass 5,157 judges of Ukraine.
