It became known that in the city of Hola Prystan (Kherson oblast), the head of the register of voters of Hola Prystan district administration of the Kherson oblast Yurii Yarovoi insulted the Russian-speaking immigrants, calling them «morons». Yarovoy wrote under the post of Donbass settler Elena Tatyanchenko. He stated that it is uncomfortable for him, when citizens do not know how Ukrainian letter «i» is spelled.
