The investigators of the territorial department of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) located in Poltava are investigating the causes of the crash of the L-39 training aircraft in Kharkiv oblast. SBI press service reports about it.
It was established that during the L-39 plane training flight the fire sensor went off. The head of flights gave the pilot a command to eject, and the plane fell to the ground near a villages of Dvurechansky district of Kharkiv oblast.
Consequently, the criminal proceeding under Art. 416 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the rules of flights or preparation for them) have been opened.
