Construction of Heroes Heavenly hundreds Memorial is suspended

By decision of Prosecutor General of Ukraine in Kyiv preparatory work for construction of the memorial of Heroes of Heaven hundreds is suspended.

According to the press service of the Institute of National Remembrance, the preparatory work on the construction of the memorial should have started in July last year, but they were delayed due to the need to conduct investigative experiments on the shootings on the Maidan.

At the same time, at 14:00, National Museum of Revolution of Dignity received a letter from the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine with a request to suspend work in connection with “conducting investigative experiments from May 13 to 17” in the lower part of the Avenue of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.

The letter also noted that “investigative experiments in another part are scheduled to be held until May 29, 2019”.

Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that a memorial plaque in honor of the dead cyborg was opened in Kyiv.
