On September 24, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launches Kozatska Volia-2018 (“Cossack Will – 2019”) strategic command and staff exercises with the military command bodies of the Armed Forces and other components of the Ukrainian defense forces. This was reported by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The purpose of the exercises is to test the ability of military command and control bodies in new organizational and staff structures to manage troops in the preparation and conduct of hostilities in the event of large-scale armed aggression.
Strategic exercise activities will continue throughout the country.
