The state-owned PrivatBank received the right to claim 247 petrol stations from Privat group of oligarch Igor Kolomoisky. The Supreme Court upheld the cassation appeal of PrivatBank and overturned the ruling of the Kyiv Economic Court and the ruling of the Northern Economic Court of Appeal.
The courts earlier granted the petition of 38 companies associated with Privat. As part of securing their claim, Privatbank was prohibited from performing any actions to return and reclaim 247 gas stations leased by the bank.
The Supreme Court overturned their ruling.
The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
