The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv abolished the arrest of 415 real estate objects of the Igor Kolomoisky’s Privatofis company, the Finbalance reported.
On July 5, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv granted the petition of Privatofis LLC and lifted the arrest of 415 objects of the company’s properties (land, non-residential, office premises in different oblasts of Ukraine), which was imposed by a same court decision in April 2017.
The decision was made with reference to the relevant verdicts of the European Court of Human Rights.
