Due to the measures aimed at fight against shadow wages, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS) provided revenues of an additional UAH 1.3 billion to the state budget. This was reported by the press service of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
According to the acting head of the DFS, Oleksandr Vlasov, the state budget transferred more than UAH 590 million in personal income tax, UAH 49 million for the military collection, UAH 727 million for the single contribution and UAH 27 million for the single tax.
“The activities carried out have allowed not only to increase contributions to the budget, but also to ensure the protection of the rights of hired workers to being payed, to identify and eliminate the facts of hidden employment, to attract citizens to the state registration as business entities. This is one of the steps to protect the interests of employees, as they, first of all, should be interested in legal relations with the employer. After all, the “shadow wage” has negative consequences: in particular, the lack of social guarantees provided for an employee,” said Vlasov.
As The Journalist reported, Ukrainians get 44,000 cars with foreign registration cleared through customs under new rules.
