As stated by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko during a report of law enforcement officers in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the case of the murder of the adviser of the Kherson mayor, public activist Kateryna Gandziuk will be brought to court until the end of 2018.
As reported by #Let letters, the prosecutor general noted that in it is still necessary to complete a molecular genetic examination on the part of the acid on the body of one of the participants in the attack on the activist and the forensic doctor, who will establish the immediate cause of Gandziuk’s death.
«The investigation actually consists of two stages. In fact, we consider it almost proven, with the exception of the final examinations, the guilt of the performers and the organizer. After completing the molecular genetic examination on the part of the acid on the body of one of the participants […] in the forensic, which is to establish the causes of Gandziuk’s death, this part of the case will be brought to court. I believe that this will happen no later than the end of this year», Lutsenko concluded.
Earlier, The «Journalist» reported that the attack on the deceased Gandziuk would be investigated as a «complete intentional murder».
