On May 28, the illegal armed groups violated the cease-fire regime 11 times in Donbas, six times using 152mm artillery systems, as well as 120mm and 82mm mortars prohibited by the Minsk agreements. This is reported by the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) on Facebook.
The enemy also shelled Ukrainian defenders position using grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms.
In the area of activity of the operational-tactical group Vostok (“East”), the militants attacked Ukrainian positions nine times using 152mm artillery systems and 120mm mortars near the settlement of Shyrokyne, 120mm and 82mm grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms near the Pischevyk settlement; three times using 120mm mortars in the area of Avdiyivka, Maryinka and Lebedynske settlements; two times using easel anti-tank grenade launchers near the settlements of Kamianka and Vodyane; using heavy machine guns near the village of Pavlopil and the small arms near the village Chermalyk.
In the area of activity of the operational-tactical group Sever(“North”), the enemy attacked JFO positions two times, using 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems and heavy machine guns near the town of Popasna; grenade launchers of various systems and small arms near the village of Zalizne.
One member of the Joint Forces was wounded.
According to intelligence data, three occupiers were killed, another one was wounded.
