Energoatom: Two power units is on schedule maintenance

As of February 11, 13 out of 15 power units at nuclear power plants in Ukraine are in operation..

“The power unit No. 1 of the Rivne nuclear power plant (NPP) is on 45th day of scheduled overhaul. The power unit No. 1 of the Khmelnitskiy NPP is on 79th day of the average scheduled repair. Dispatcher generation schedules are as follows: for Zaporizhia NPP – 5,300 MW, Rivne NPP – 2,400 MW, Pivdenne NPP – 3,035 MW, Khmelnitskiy NPP – 1,015 MW,” Energoatom press service reports.

Due to system restrictions, nuclear power plants in Ukraine have not produced 16.80 million kWh of electricity over past 24 hours.

Energoatom added that the radiation, fire and environmental status at industrial sites of nuclear power plants – within the normal range.
