The director of the adaptation of the fairy tale of Sashko Lyrnyk (real name Oleksandr Vlasiuk) is Mykhailo Kostrov.
The script is based on the work of the writer “On the Old Cossack, the Christmas line, the four corners and the Cossack race”. The movie was completely shot in Ukraine. The main roles in the film were performed by Konstantin Lynartovych, Hrihoriy Baklanov, Lesya Samaeva, Oleksandr Pozharskiy, Volodymyr Zadneprovskiy, Diana Rozovlian, Aram Arzumanyan, Stalin Logoshnyak and Oleksandr Logynov.
Film will be released in December.
