Film “Kruty 1918” will appear on Ukrainian big screens

The historic action movie "Kruty 1918", created on basis of real events, battle during winter of 1918 at Kruty railway station, goes into Ukrainian big screens. About this reports press service of State Film Agency of Ukraine.

The movie tells about the fateful events in Ukraine, against the background of which there are two brothers Andrii and Oleksiy Savitskiy, who fall in love with beautiful Sofia.
Meanwhile, Bolsheviks are approaching Kyiv, and government of UPR is throwing all the combat-ready parts of army, including junkers and students, to fight the enemy. Four hundred young men, among whom Andrii and Oleksiy, stand against four thousand strong armed troops.
The director of movie is Oleksiy Shaparev, producer was Andrii Kornienko.
Movie cast includes Yevhen Lamakh, Nadiia Koverska, Andrii Fedynchyk, Oleksiy Trytenko, Vitalii Saliy, Oleksandr Piskunov, Maxym Donets, Dmytro Stupka, Ostap Stupka, Nataliia Vasko, Bohdan Yusipchyk.
Soundtracks performed by Hrystyna Soloviy and Haydamaky band.
