The entry and movement of freight vehicles in the area of the Joint Forces operation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions will be restricted from 23 July, the press service of the JFO reports.
The restrictions on entry will apply to vehicles weighing more than 24 tons and an axle load of more than 7 tons at an air temperature of more than +28 from 10.00 a.m. to 22.00 p.m.
These restrictions do not apply to vehicles transporting goods designated to help in elimination of natural disasters or emergencies of a man-made and natural nature.
“Such measures imposed in order to preserve the integrity of the road surface in the areas of implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, to repulse and contain the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the wells of engineering networks located on the roadway, during prolonged hot weather, in the time of which the destructive effect of vehicles increases, ensuring maximum minimization of the harmful effect on the technical condition of the road surface of highways,” the JFO headquarters reports.
