Attorney General Yuriy Lutsenko said that a people’s deputy involved in corruption schemes and embezzlement of the defense industry should be held criminally liable. In nearest time idea of the removal of immunity will be sent reports Channel 5.
Lutsenko said that in near future he will send a proposal to Verkhovna Rada to withdraw from the People’s Deputy immunity. But Prosecutor General did not disclose his name. He noted only that the person involved in appropriation of 278 properties. In this list are houses of culture, registry office, pipe industry institute, even the Kamenka airfield. These objects have already returned to the state.
«A military plant, a missile plant whose director is already in court, and at the opening of session of Verkhovna Rada I will submit a presentation to the corresponding people’s deputy of Ukraine who is involved in this, I would say an unprecedentedly immoral act, destruction of actual part of defense industry our country», message says.
Earlier The Journalist reported that deputy of the annexed Crimea received a conditional term for encroachment on territorial integrity of Ukraine.
