State Border Service: Ukrainian border is protected in a heightened mode

For the holidays, the state border of Ukraine is protected in an enhanced mode. Border control at all checkpoints is strengthened in order to prevent destabilization of the situation in the country. About this reported on the website of the State Border Service of Ukraine (State Border Service).

«All activities are carried out in full. Additional border patrols were exhibited at checkpoints and outside of them, service dogs were involved, the state border line was covered with the help of technical control tools, interaction with representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine and other law enforcement agencies was intensified», the statement reads.

As previously reported by The Journalist, on the Ukrainian border migrants from five countries were detained.
