GPU investigates the possible Poroshenko’s pressure on judges DACK

Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has launched a pre-trial investigation into possible pressure of President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, on the judges in PrivatBank case. It is reported by the press center of District Administrative Court of Kyiv (DACK).

GPU launched an investigation into possible interference with the activities of judges in the PrivatBank case. In particular, we are talking about signs of a criminal offense under Part 2 of Art. 376 of Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Recall that in April, the judges of DACK demanded that Poroshenko’s interrogation procedure be launched and that Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko and the head of National Bank Yakov Smolia be brought to him.

Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that 34 judges of DACK did not appear for qualification assessment due to illness.
