Weather Forecasters warn of deterioration of weather and avalanche risk in Carpathians

The State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations warns of deteriorating weather conditions in Ukraine and avalanche risk in the Carpathians:

"On February 22-24, the mountains of Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv oblasts persist a significant snow avalanche danger (3 lvl)."

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, weather conditions will change on February 22-24. February 22 in the western, southern regions, as well as Zhytomyr, Vinnitsa, Kirovohrad and Donetsk oblasts will snow, in some places there will be sleet sticking, and the cold weather will remain during February 23-24, but without significant precipitation.
As The Journalist reported, Ukraine will cover sleet and frost down to -18.
