Ukraine will receive 320,000 tablets of humanitarian aid for the symptomatic treatment of 22,000 patients infected with coronavirus. This was reported by the press center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
The necessary amount of medicines with the active substance hydroxychloroquine will be delivered as humanitarian aid by the Sanofi and Sandoz companies.
This drug is prescribed in the national protocol for the treatment of patients with the novel coronavirus and is used for patients with severe illness.
Written consent of patients required to use the drug for inpatient treatment.
