“Sixteen regional centers have already joined the government initiative:Vinnytsia, Lutsk, Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kropyvnytskyi, Lviv, Odesa, Rivne, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskiy, Chernihiv, Kyiv,” the statement said.
According to the head of government, payments for heat and hot water for citizens reduced by 30%.
