This year, the list of territories and objects of the natural reserve fund of local importance, taking into account their natural value, is planned to include 9 new objects by the decisions of the Kiev city council: Yar Prolisok landscape reserve with an area of 20 hectares; the complex nature monument “Repyakhov Yar” with an area of 11.6 hectares; the landscape preserve “Lake Pylye” with an area of 137 hectares; landscape reserve “Osokorky meadows” with an area of 148 hectares; landscape reserve “Desnyansky Meadows” with an area of 318.9 hectares; landscape reserve “Golden Forest” with an area of 2107 hectares; landscape reserve “Babiy Yar” with an area of 40.5 hectares; Park-monument of landscape architecture “Solomensky Landscape Park” area of 28.36 hectares; landscape reserve Trukhaniv Island, an area of 27.44 hectares.
