An international group, headed by the deputy of the Bundestag, the foreign policy speaker of the Left Party Stefan Liebig, have been acquainted with the work of the Stanytsia Luhanska entry-exit checkpoint within the framework of its two-day working visit in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area, the JFO press service informs.
The working group includes the head of the Europe department of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation in Ukraine Johanna Bussemer, project manager of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Philippe Gliche.
Foreign delegates discussed with Ukrainian representatives the thorny issues of the humanitarian situation at the checkpoint.
They also observed how the borderline is crossed, talked with citizens.
As The Journalist reported, Ukrainian side stopped dismantling their fortifications near Stanytsia Luhanska.
