April 12, 13 and 14 at the Theater on Podil the play “Snow in April” will be premiered, staged by director Polina Medvedeva: a performance by Tennessee Williams’ novel “The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone”.

An international team took part in the creation of the play: production designer and costume designer, who lives in Munich and works throughout Europe – Andreas von Schlippe; the main part in one of casts will be played by the famous German theater actress Maria Magdalena Rabl. Mirage Adventures and the Mark Prudkin Theater Foundation (Israel) also joined the work.
Tennessee William’s works are not often staged on Ukrainian theater scenes. In the Theater on Podil last staging was in the 1990s. Director Yurii Odynokiy has craeted “Summer and Smoke” with Tamara Plasenko in the title role.
As the “Journalist” reported, the premiere of the play “Verba” will take place at Ivan Franko Theater.
