In Ukraine, droppers, patches, cotton wool and other essential items may disappear from pharmacies. About this reports press service of the pharmacy professional association of Ukraine.
If Verkhovna Rada adopts draft law No. 8591 «On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine» «On Medicinal Products» regarding the provision of economic competition and protection of patients’ rights in the retail sale of medicinal products», it will be prohibited to sell syringes, droppers, cotton wool, gauze, plaster, sterile gloves and other products that are used for medical purposes. Also, people will not be able to purchase biologically active supplements, baby food, diapers, medical cosmetics and the like in pharmacies.
Earlier, The «Journalist» reported that 392 thousand doses of measles vaccine were brought to Ukraine.
