The report notes that since mid-November, when the first cases of injuries on slippery pavements began to be recorded in Kiev, more than 4 thousand people became victims of ice.

“Since November 14 of last year, 4,163 people suffered because of the icy conditions. Of these, 340 are children. At the same time, over the past 24 hours more than 50 people, including children, have been hurt,” said Vyshnevska.
