Kyiv resident paid a record 120 million hryvnia taxes

According to the results of the declaration campaign in 2018, more than 622 thousand declarations were submitted by citizens and individuals engaged in independent professional activities. At the same time, it is specified that the number of taxpayers who declared profits from operations with investment assets increased by 20%, and the number of taxpayers who received income from the sale of movable and immovable property.
“Independently determined tax liabilities on personal income tax payable to the budget in the amount of 2.3 billion UAH, which is 468.5 million UAH, or 24% more than in the previous year. The amount of the military tax payable is 302.7 million UAH, which is 31.8 million UAH, or 12 percent more than in the previous year,” the message says.
It is noteworthy that a record amount of their tax obligations payable to the budget (for personal income tax and military collection) was determined and paid by a resident of the city of Kyiv. The amount of payment to the budget exceeds 120 million UAH.
