Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said that UAH 5 million of budget funds were already spent on the construction of the Podil’s’ko-Voskresens’kyi Bridge, but another UAH 7 million are needed to complete the construction work. He writes this on his Twitter.
“Work on construction of the Podil’s’ko-Voskresens’kyi Bridge continues. Temporary supports will be removed soon, and we will see a bridge without rusting chains. It will be the largest arched bridge in Europe and the most enduring in terms of loads,” he said.
As it became known, the bridge will have six traffic lanes, two railway tracks and a pipeline.
As The Journalist reported, Klitschko wants to create amusement park in Hydropark, similar to ones in Germany.
