The theater reports that the theater team has been calling for the second year to celebrate the birthday of Lesya Ukrainka.
Last year, the theater actors read the poet’s poetry on trams and organized street flash mobs.
“This year, on February 23 at 19:00, we, together with all our viewers and spectators, will set our own record in honor of Lesya Ukrainka! On this day, there will be a massive synchronized reading of her poetry – the poem “Contra spem spero” – during the play “Love”. Lesya Ukrainka Theater invites you to become a part of such an extraordinary event! ”The message says.
Also, the theater will soon present a video recording of the song "Quiet" to the words of a poem by Lesya Ukrainka "If sorrow comes."
