A criminal proceeding has been initiated against the head of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, Andriy Kobolyev, Hromadske reports.
According to Andriy Kobolyev, the case concerns the activities of the entire management of the company and is based on charges of high treason. The head of the enterprise does not know when the case was opened, but he received the relevant documents on October 8. He noted that the opening of a criminal case in the company is considered “an insistent invitation to a public discussion.”
“We are ready to accept this invitation. We have nothing to hide. And regarding the state audit of the debt reserve, and regarding all other issues, we are absolutely open,” Kobolyev said.
