According to mayor of the capital, Vitalii Klitschko, Kyiv recorded another 150 coronavirus cases, one fatal case over the past day.
“Another 150 residents of the capital were diagnosed with the coronavirus over the past day. One person died. Over the entire period, the coronavirus claimed 139 lives of Kyiv residents. To date, there are already 8,812 confirmed coronavirus cases in the capital,” Klitschko wrote.
Among those people infected on previous day are:
• 81 women aged 18 to 95;
• 61 men aged 20 to 79;
• five girls aged from 5 to 17 and three boys aged from 4 to 15.
The daily statistic includes 6 health workers.
Some 25 patients were hospitalized. The rest are staying on self-isolation, under the supervision of doctors.
At least 44 patients have been recovered over past day. In total, during the pandemic, 3,088 residents of Kyiv overcame the disease.
Most cases of the disease per day were reported in Desnyanskiy district (29), Darnytsia district (27), and Solomiansky district (23 cases).
