On September 9, another 298 coronavirus cases were recorded in Kyiv, bringing the total number to 16,119. This was announced by the mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klitschko.
According to him, four patients died yesterday. In total, the coronavirus claimed 254 lives of Kyiv residents.
Among those who were infected on previous day are 155 women, 123 men, 9 girls and 11 boys. This figure includes 11 health workers.
Some 51 patients were hospitalized. Others are staying on self-isolation, under the supervision of doctors.
In total, 5,002 residents of Kyiv have overcome the coronavirus, up 92 on past day.
