Kyiv’s Metro hypermarket sells school diaries with Ukraine’s map without Crimea

Kyiv’s Metro hypermarket is selling school diaries where the map of Ukraine does not include Crimea peninsula.

This was announced on Volodymyr Birulya’s Facebook page.

According to him, he saw a school diaries at the Metro’s shelves a month ago. The store employees apologized and said all the diaries would be removed from the sale, and those responsible would be punished.

However, as it turned out, the diaries are still on the shelves of the METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine and Papirus hypermarkets.

“There was no administrator, the consultants shrugged their shoulders, and I had to buy it so you could see what kind of product generates income,” the eyewitness emphasized.

As The Journalist reported, over 200 arrests have taken place in occupied Crimea since 2019.
