Lawyer: Moscow court to consider appeals to extend detention of Ukrainian sailors

The Moscow City Court scheduled the review of an appeal on extend the arrest of Ukrainian prisoners of war (third and fourth groups of Ukrainians) for August 21. This was announced by lawyer Mykola Polozov on Facebook.

The human rights activist said that the court at 11:00 am will consider appeals to extend the arrest of Andrii Artemenko, Viktor Bespalchenko, Volodymyr Varimez, Vladislav Kostyshin, Oleh Melnychuk, Vasyl Soroka and Serhii Chulyby.

On the same day, at 2 p.m., appeals will be examined against Yuri Bezyazychny, Yuri Budzil, Volodymyr Lesnoy, Bohdan Nebylytsy, Evhen Semydotsky and Andrii Eider.

As The Journalist reported, President Zelensky agrees “all-for-all” exchange process, but only on updated lists.
