The Kyiv city Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko announced during a press conference that former television presenter, Maksym Bakhmatov, had been appointed as his adviser.
“He [Bakhmatov, – ed.] is appointed as my adviser, and practically one of the deputies,” Klitschko noted.
According to the Mayor, Bakhmatov will be involved in the implementation of information technology, attracting investments and auditing the city government.
Also, Vitaliy Klitschko announced the dismissal of the deputy chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Dmytryo Davtian and Oleksandr Spasybko.
Maksym Bakhmatov serve as Acting Director General of the National Expocenter of Ukraine State Administration of Affairs since June 18, 2015. In April 2016, he was appointed Director General of NEU.
March 21, 2017 resigned as head of the Expocenter.
Since April 2017, he became the managing partner of the innovative city center UNIT.City in Kyiv.
As The Journalist reported, it is new government to approve dismissal of Klitschko.
