Markarova: Excise stamp verification service will work in test mode by March 1

Minister of Finance Oksana Markarova said that the electronic service of excise stamp verifications will work in the mode of scanning by phone from February 14. This was reported by the press service of the Head of State.

“From February 14, this service will work in the scanning mode by phone … By March 1, the electronic stamp will be fully launched in test mode. And after we study and process it in test mode within a month, we will complete the bill, which will run it not in test mode, but in full,” Markarova said.

President Volodymyr Zelensky noted the importance of introducing an electronic excise stamp and the implementation of the law “On State Regulation of the Production and Turnover of Alcohol”.
