The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the Consumer Food Service are working on a mechanism of interaction that would allow counteracting the uncontrolled use of plant protection products (CWR) and the death of bees. This was told by the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Viktor Sheremet, the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy reports.
According to the deputy minister, the issue of treating plant crops with plant protection products and protecting bees from pesticide use has recently become one of the most pressing.
In turn, the head of the State Foodstuffs Service, Volodymyr Lapa, at the last hardware meeting of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, reported that they were ready (in hours) to agree to conduct unscheduled inspections of enterprises by the state food service inspectors in case of bees poisoning with pesticides.
In addition, it became known that the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine is also ready to cooperate in various fields, including the use of pesticides and countering the death of bees.
Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that in Austria the killer of bees was sent to jail.
