The Cabinet of Ministers is preparing changes to the resolution that regulates quarantine in Ukraine. It is proposed to abandon the colored quarantine zones and introduce significant restrictions on Saturdays and Sundays, reports RBC-Ukraine.
From the resolution it is proposed to remove the items that regulated the division of Ukraine into “red”, “orange” and “green” zones. Also, quarantine restrictions will no longer be tied to zones.
Instead, throughout the entire territory of Ukraine for the period of quarantine, in addition to the current restrictions on masks, self-isolation, etc., they additionally want to ban: mass events with the participation of more than 20 people, the work of cinemas and theaters with more than 50% of seats in the hall. ; the work of museums that cannot limit the number of visitors in the hall at the rate of 1 person per 10 sq. meters; carriage of passengers in public transport in more than the number of seats, discos, nightclubs and restaurants with leisure activities; catering work after 22:00 and until 07:00.
It is also proposed to prohibit planned hospitalizations in hospitals. It is assumed that fitness centers and gyms will not be able to work, which cannot limit the number of visitors in the hall at the rate of one person per 10 square meters. meters.
As for the weekend quarantine, in addition to the above restrictions from 00:00 Saturday to 00:00 Monday on the territory of Ukraine for the period of the quarantine, it is proposed to prohibit: receiving visitors in bars, restaurants and cafes; the work of the shopping and entertainment center and the reception of visitors in other entertainment establishments; reception of visitors by objects of the sphere of trade and consumer services; the work of cultural institutions and the holding of cultural mass events, except for film and video filming; work of gyms, fitness centers, swimming pools.
