Kyiv residents are promised to be given hot water before the end of September

Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) plans to conclude an agreement on gas supplies with Naftohaz Ukrayiny NJSC before the end of September and start deliveries of hot water.

This was stated by the deputy head of KCSA Petro Panteleev writes Unian.

«Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine published (on the allocation of funds to utility to cover difference in tariffs – Ed.). We expect that by the end of month we will complete all processes – we will conclude appropriate agreements and start giving hot water. Also, preparations for the heating season will begin», said deputy head of KSCA.

Panteleev noted that the city authorities do not plan to buy more commercial gas.
At the same time, over the summer period, Panteleev noted, more than 5 thousand damages were eliminated in the heat networks. Also, all routine maintenance work was done to prepare networks and other facilities for winter.

As The Journalist reported, the reconstruction of the Bortnicheskaya station to clean up sewage will last 6 years.
