On May 8, at 10 a.m., the militants unilaterally violated the cease-fire regime along the entire contact line in eastern Ukraine, the press center of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said on Facebook.
The press service added that due to the situation the works on restoration of residential buildings, damaged after enemy shelling, were stopped.
“Because the occupiers are indifferent to the needs of the peaceful residents of Donbas, the restoration of residential areas in the settlements of Maryinka and Krasnohorivka has been suspended,” the report says.
The JFO HQ noted that this fact evidences to the targeted actions of the militants to further exacerbate social tensions in the region and the aggravation of the armed conflict as in total, but the Ukrainian side will not stop restoring the infrastructure of the region.
