A retraining course for former and current military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in civilian specialty was started in Rivne, the press service of the Rivne Oblast State Administration reported.
“We carry out our work on several programs, in fact, you will undergo one of them – this is the Program for the Social Adaptation of Military Personnel, operating in 1999. During this time, more than 11,000 people have felt our support on the path of social adaptation. Last year, we retrained about 800 students, and the budget that was allocated for this year will allow us to train the same number of students,” said Christopher Staudt, manager of the NATO-Ukraine Program.
It is noted that the program allows to receive training in such areas as management, marketing, English, economics of small business, electronics, design, information technology, security, navigation of small vessels. Professional military personnel who are preparing to dismiss from the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to undergo training within the framework of the Program.
