Ministry of Internal Affairs will create a register of drug addicts’ adaptation centers

Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine initiates creation of a register of adaptation centers for drug addicts MIA.

«We see cases when rehabilitation centers are turning into places of use of free slave labor. And in exchange for a drug addict, a person receives a weakened dose, which is the method of treatment. Police qualify this situation as an unlawful retention of a citizen.

Within one month, it is necessary to create a register of psychological adaptation centers so that representatives of National Police could cooperate with leaders of such centers», Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said.
According to him, specialists in juvenile prevention and the Department of Drug Control of National Police of Ukraine will be involved in this work.
